What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and the content of your message.

We use this data to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer for you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; where the processing serves to prepare a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as our communication continues and for three years after it ends. After that period the data is deleted.

Who we share it with

We pass your data on to our hosting provider, our e-mail service provider and the provider of our website analytics tool. Each of them processes the data only on our instructions.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for profiling.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object.

Write to info@eclario.eu to exercise any of these rights. We reply within 30 days.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
