Product
The mirror has its own electronics, its own app, circadian light control and heating governed by the dew point. The sound does not come from exciters glued to the pane but from real speakers in sealed chambers inside the frame. We design and assemble every piece ourselves — this is not rebranded catalogue stock.
Your model is decided by the equipment you choose. Essential is the base, with the app, circadian light, hidden controls and heating. Adding acoustics gives you the Acoustic. Adding the LED matrix behind the glass gives you the Matrix, adding the Ultra HD panel the Display. Bespoke is a mirror outside the standard sizes or shapes.
No. The modules are part of the structure and are fitted during production, so it is worth deciding on the equipment up front.
No, the heating is optional equipment at extra cost. We recommend it for every bathroom where anyone showers, because without it the mirror fogs up like any other. You choose it in the configurator.
The front lighting is designed to replace the ceiling light for shaving and applying make-up. It lights the face evenly, without shadows.
Ordering and delivery
The standard lead time is four weeks from the confirmation of your order. Every mirror is made to measure, so nothing is produced from stock.
The mirror travels in protective packaging by courier. Shipping is 17 € to Slovakia, 22 € to Czechia, 24 € to Austria and 30 € to Germany.
Write to us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photograph of both the packaging and the mirror. A damaged piece goes to the front of our queue.
Pre-orders
The Matrix and Display models are still in development. A pre-order locks in the price valid on the day you place it and gives you a 20 % discount off that price. You pay only the 100 € deposit.
We plan the Matrix for Q2 to Q3 2027 and the Display for Q4 2027 to Q1 2028. These are planned dates.
The 100 € deposit is refundable at any time until delivery, without giving a reason. If the date moves, you may request an immediate refund.
Installation, warranty and care
Yes. The bracket, the wiring diagram and step-by-step instructions are included. The connection is a standard 230 V supply behind the mirror. If you would rather have it fitted, we put you in touch with a certified partner.
Two years on the electronics, the light, the acoustics and the heating. If something fails we repair or replace the module — you keep the mirror.
With ordinary glass cleaner and a soft cloth. The controls sit in the frame, not on the glass, so the surface keeps no fingerprints.
Yes. The silvering is built to withstand humidity and will not blacken from the edges. The heating keeps the glass dry on top of that.
